Transmission Experience is Required Harry Robinson Buick GMC & Harry Robinson Sallisaw Ford need to hire experienced Engine and Transmission Technician / Mechanic whose primary role is to rebuild and replace automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of tearing down and rebuilding of automatic transmissions. What we offer: · $2,500 Sign-on bonus · World Class $5,000 sign-on bonus · Hourly wages plus incentive and bonus opportunities · Ongoing training/ education · Paid holidays and vacation · Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance · Short-term disability insurance · Complete GM training and ASE Certification Responsibilities - Engine and Transmission Technician: · Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. · Must have a complete understanding of removing, replacing, and rebuilding transmissions. · Inspect vehicle computers and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade. · Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles. · Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise customers on accurate vehicle use. · Maintain equipment and tools in good condition. · Document work performed. · Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician. Qualifications/Requirements – Engine and Transmission Technician: · Automotive repair and transmission experience required · Must understand the process of removing, replacing, and rebuilding transmissions. · Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed · Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills · Valid driver's license and clean driving record · High school diploma or GED · Please upload your resume.
