Rebate Specialist

Job Description:

As a Rebate Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling data received from suppliers for member rebates and other supplier billings You will collaborate with suppliers to maintain and improve reporting methods which requires prioritizing and meeting month-end deadlines for closing the rebate month Collect, process, reconcile, and bill rebates from suppliers monthly Maintain open communication with the Claims and Accounts Receivable staff to resolve rebate issues Collaborate with suppliers to resolve current and future discrepancies on their rebate reports and improve their overall reporting methods

Skills Needed:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs Ability to work independently Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, or copier Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High School diploma or equivalent required At least two years of related experience required
