Job Description Perform In-Field Services for Business Development Perform THOROUGH AND COMPLETE In-Field Assessments for clients and Prospective Clients of Preferred Office Technologies Document Findings of In-Field Assessments via Laserfiche Cloud Assessment Form Coordinate with Director of client Solutions & Consulting to Perform Analysis on documented Findings Coordinate with Director of Client Solutions & Consulting to Prepare Assessment Summary Report / Proposal coordinate with Business Development / Solutions Consultants / Customer Service Rep / Product & Service Specialists for Summary Report / Phased Proposal Delivery Conduct Laserfiche Demos / User Trainings, as required Assist with other departmental needs, as required   Expectations: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance where any Preferred Office Employees, clients, or Prospective Clients are present Maintain a supportive, professional relationship with Business Development / Solutions Consultants / Customer Service Representatives Maintain work-day calendar according to standards assigned by Director of Client Solutions & Consulting All work will be completed in a thorough, professional manner in it's appearance, as well as it's content Drive revenue growth to Preferred Office Technologies through active consultative sales approach, exploring every possible revenue stream Attend all meetings, as scheduled Arrive to meetings, as scheduled follow all rules and office procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Adapt to changes as they are made to adjust for the new position of Solutions Field Tech
