Part-Time Filing Clerk
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a part time file clerk to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, and carry or move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
The incumbent must be able to perform all of the duties and functions as defined in the job description for the City of Fort Smith. The incumbent must have excellent communications skills in both oral and written forms. Organizational skills and close attention to details are required to successfully perform this job. The incumbent must have thorough operational knowledge of the use of a personal computer system, as well as various software packages. The incumbent must be able to interact with the public and possess social-interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally in an office environment.
High School diploma or GED is required.
